Customer Challenges:
• Pensol was experiencing a significant issue with fraudulent registrations and transactions
within their platform. This included instances where distributors and other users were
committing fraud by registering under incorrect user types (e.g., registering as influencers
while not being genuine influencers) and fraudulently claiming points intended for
legitimate influencers.
Rewardix Solution:
• To combat these challenges, Rewardix implemented several security enhancements.
• Firstly, we integrated location tracking capabilities within the Pensol application, capturing
user locations during both registration and transaction processes.
• To further strengthen security, we implemented a robust geofencing solution. This allows
Pensol to define virtual geographic boundaries around specific locations (e.g., distributor
offices, warehouses). Within these boundaries, the application can be configured to block or
restrict certain actions, such as point claims or transactions.
• For instance, if a user attempts to perform an action within a restricted geofence that is not
authorized for their user type or location, the application will automatically block the action.
This proactive measure has significantly reduced fraudulent transactions by approximately
80%.
• To further enhance user verification, Rewardix integrated NSDL-authorized APIs for fetching
PAN card and Aadhar card details. This enables real-time verification of user identities,
minimizing the risk of fraudulent registrations.
• By linking user accounts with their phone numbers and verified government IDs, we
streamlined user verification processes, adding another layer of security.
• Additionally, we implemented daily limits on claims and transactions. This measure helps to
regulate the volume of activities on the platform, ensuring a smoother and more controlled
system while maintaining the integrity of the platform.
• Importantly, we have granted administrative users within Pensol the authority to unlock the
web portal and unblock users who may have been legitimately blocked by the geofencing
system.

lines.
• By strategically launching ULP campaigns, Savsol Ester5 can effectively target areas of low
engagement or “grey areas” to stimulate product sales and increase customer activity.
• The Rewardix platform provides comprehensive tools for creating, managing, budgeting, and
tracking ULP programs. This allows Savsol Ester5 to effectively plan and execute their loyalty
initiatives.
• The platform also offers the flexibility to offer different ULP point multipliers or redemption
